I've been in the industry for around 20 years and worked in small, mid-sized, and large companies. Having been at MongoDB now for 2 years, I can see how this place is truly special.
There is a strive for excellence in all aspects of the work, and you are given the freedom and support to reach your true potential. I am still amazed at how much I am learning on so many levels and using my knowledge to help customers really get the most from the technology.

Do what you can to ensure we stay lean, agile, and keep that startup mindset as we grow. Easier said than done!
