Clearly, they did an engineering reset and filled the R&D org with AWS people. This is probably good for shareholders, but probably not good for culture.

Senior Staff Engineer
The interview consisted of a coding interview, a system design interview, and a number of hiring manager/VP interviews, all completed over a period of a couple of days. The coding interview was in person and required writing a JSON parser.
Lead Software Engineer
The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. The interview process consisted of the following rounds: * Recruiter Screen * HM Interview * Onsite: Technical, Cultural Fit I was rejected in the second round.
