The company offers a great working model (hybrid, in-office, remote).
It embraces lots of Amazonian cultures but, at the same time, it cares for employees similarly to companies like Google or Facebook.
Recent joining of Jim Scharf (from AWS DDB) makes things even more promising.
Engineering quality is good.
