Since the stock price took a huge hit due to revenue reports in 2024, the culture has majorly shifted to become more blame-based. A lot of people have recently been put on pretty performative PIPs and then let go (with zero severance!), even when all PIP action items were adequately fulfilled.
It's generally a worse place to be now than a couple of years ago, and many people are leaving.
Stop doing that. Be more transparent about the actual reason for firings.
Slow moving, didn't seem to have regard for my time (showed up late, clearly weren't prepared with my resume in front of them, etc.). Overall felt a lack of care for the process, which was a red flag.
