I work on the Charts team in Sydney, and they're a fantastic, world-class group of Software Developers. The rest of the office (and company!) carry a fantastic energy that make Fridays and all the get-togethers all the more amazing. MongoDB has been an important part of my mental health journey, and I am more than proud to work there.
A free Headspace subscription is a great perk!
Missing a bit of that 'big company' structure, but really getting there. Some parts feel like a big company; some parts feel like a big, well-run startup. Kind of hard to articulate.
