MongoDB promotes a lot of social welfare.
not truly aligned with its policies, since it still has to prioritize profit over everything else.
Phone interview with recruiter (very informal). Karat technical round (outsourced), schedule on your own time whenever possible. 3-hour final round with behavioral, programming, and algorithms interviews. They let you know about the offer right away.
Recruiter phone call. Karat Interview: 10 minutes of algorithms analysis + at least 2 LeetCode questions (easy/medium level). Final Interview (did not get to this, but I heard some people found it easier than the Karat interview).
First, there is a ~30 minute phone interview. It mostly covers behavioral questions, but they also ask a few technical questions. Then, there is a technical screen, but it's not done via MongoDB but through Karat.
