Process

I applied through their portal and received a call that I was shortlisted for the interview process.

  1. Technical Round 1
  2. Technical Round 2
  3. Tech + Managerial Round
  4. Pro Fit Round
  5. HR Discussion

I successfully cleared all the above rounds. In the HR discussion, all the discussion was regarding the compensation they would provide, and they told me they would get back to me with the exact figures.

I waited for 3 days. On the 4th day, I received a call stating that the hiring manager wanted to have a small discussion.

  1. Technical Round again (6th round).

I waited for one more week but received no reply from their end. I tried to connect with the team, and they told me that the current position was on hold and they would consider me for a different position.

  1. Technical Round again (7th round).

I waited for one more week but received no reply again. So, I tried to connect and got to know that all the positions are on hold.

I spent around 1 month going through all the interview process, and now they have such a lame reason for not considering my profile.

Though I can see new positions for the same skillset posted on their portal.

Also, there are no updates from their side about the status.

PLEASE STOP WASTING TIME.

I didn't expect such pathetic behavior from such reputed organizations, especially in pandemic situations where all are struggling to find a job.
