Process
The interview process consisted of three parts:
- A preliminary phone interview, which was not technical. They asked about my reasons for choosing them and similar topics. They also aimed to clarify the job's responsibilities.
- A technical phone interview focused on Java.
- A personal interview. For me, this lasted three hours and comprised approximately 30-minute sessions. I met with members from three teams that were seeking new hires. Questions covered my technical background and "team fit." The technical questions centered on Java and programming fundamentals, concluding with some quick thinking exercises.
A background check was conducted after the contract was signed, which was quite inconvenient.

Pros: In my experience, my team had an excellent atmosphere. We used modern and cutting-edge technologies and solutions, which enabled me to gain diverse knowledge in different domains.
The work environment is great, and everyone is very professional and friendly.
The work culture is amazing, thanks to the people.
Cons: Long working hours (team dependent), limited upward mobility (in my experience), and non-flexible company policies regarding hybrid/remote attendance.
Long conversion (contract to full-time employee) period if you are a contractor.
Unfair wages for contract positions, who receive much lower salaries compared to full-time employees (in my experience).
