Don't judge a book by its cover. I've had a worst experience with one of the interviewers on the panel during video interaction, technical round. Had it been on the basis of technical questions I am not able to answer, I would have not added any remarks here. The interviewer is incompetent and has immature work experience. I would appreciate it if MS would hire potential people who are then eligible to interview candidates. Because, if they continue to work like this, their reputation may be at stake. During interaction, the personality issues from the interviewer's side were becoming very evident. It was appearing as if he is insecure of his position if I got selected. Moreover, the conversation for about 1 hour is a proof. Throughout the conversation, the person who was hired to interview showed no signs of having any technical background. This reflects badly on the organization as a whole.

HR should take a 360 feedback which is inclusive of getting it from the candidate. Merely shooting a rejection mail on the basis of a false feedback given by an incompetent, biased, and poor managerial skill interviewer will not help the organization scale up.
