QA Automation Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

September 1, 2020
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The process consisted of a Hackerrank test and then a telephonic round.

I didn't understand the purpose of the telephonic round, which asked questions about my experience and then rejected my profile based on it. There were no right or wrong answers to the questions asked.

If you need to filter candidates based on their experience, the telephonic round should be the first one. Why waste time on a coding and tech test from Hackerrank?

Bad recruitment model!

Questions

What tech stack do you use? What kind of tests do you do? What versions do you use? What agile model do you follow?
