Senior .NET Developer Interview Experience - Montreal, Canada
Process
There were 3 interviews with the hiring team. Two were conducted via telephone, and one, which should have been on-site, was a video call as I was away from Montreal.
The first two interviews were quite easy, with minimal technical questions and only recruiters involved.
The third interview, which they called the "final on-site interview," was with the department manager who evaluated my technical background.
