I interviewed with MS. They conducted the first round, and a person named Prashant interviewed me over the phone. I answered all his questions within half an hour. He said HR would call back. After waiting for 10 days with no reply, I called HR. She replied she would get back to me, but she didn't. A few days later, I received an email stating I was not selected, without any reason provided. I emailed HR about this, but she paid no attention.
