Process

The first interview went fine, other than the interviewer struggling to use Zoom.

At one point, they muted their speakers and then muted themselves for 20 minutes, unable to figure out how to unmute.

Then I had a second interview with a different team, and they didn't even bother showing up.

There was no warning or explanation; apparently, they just forgot.

This was the most unprofessional experience of my life.

Cons: - Too much time spent on administration. - Lots of legacy systems around, some of them are terribly engineered and awful to work with. - Lengthy and uneasy decision processes.
