Software Developer Interview Experience - Montreal, Canada
Process
This was an on-campus interview back in 2012, before I graduated. I gave my CV at the tech fair and had an interview right after.
There were two interviewers, who were very nice and helped me work through their questions. I had worked on a database website project, so I received SQL questions. There were also lots of puzzles and math/probability questions.
The interview didn't go well because I was insanely nervous, and I didn't know as much SQL as I thought I did.

Salary.Cons: Not a very close contact with colleagues; everything is about work, not much else. Have to get used to the highly secured systems of a bank, which can be a bit tedious sometimes when trying to accomplish something fast. Not very oriented towards newer technologies.
