Pros: Team members are awesome and nice.

Cons: Not easy to transfer to full time.

Pros: Good company culture - they try to care about you. Number of ways to learn: online trainings, Safari ebooks.

Cons: If you're not on the business side and/or in NY/LN, your chances to grow or to get promoted are ±0. The working environment is also from a previous paradigm: * Open office * Cheapest desktop: Might be cheap on paper, but inflexible compared to a laptop. It creates a number of problems (the need for videoconference rooms, difficulty retreating to a silent corner to work). * MS Windows + Office + Skype in a one-size-fits-all manner - even these are rather in the way of making meaningful work.

Pros: Got to learn the basics of working in a company as a junior.

Cons: It felt like it was too much for me, but I think it was because of my lack of skills.
