Process
The interview process began with an HR phone screen, followed by a technical phone screen. Three staggered technical interviews were then conducted because the candidate was out of the country. Overall, HR was quite responsive. While the interviews were staggered, the results from previous rounds were communicated to the candidate very promptly.
