Pros: Come in, do your job, go home. Hours are reasonable (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM), so this place is good for people with children who want to go home to their wife.
Cons: Slow promotions, tiny bonuses, little opportunity for advancement. But I was working in commodities, which is nearly closed. Whole sub-departments are sold off or shut down.
