Good company, little growth
Come in, do your job, go home. Hours are reasonable (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM), so this place is good for people with children who want to go home to their wife.
Slow promotions, tiny bonuses, little opportunity for advancement. But I was working in commodities, which is nearly closed. Whole sub-departments are sold off or shut down.
Raise salaries or stop expecting the best talented people.
Provide clear growth paths for your personnel; it's not at all obvious what needs to be done to gain promotions.
And coffee with some MD for 15 minutes with 20 people doesn't help.
