Cons: - Engineering is archaic, codebases are old and legacy. You pretty much don't learn much.

Lots of good, well-qualified people.
Access to learning platforms (O'Reilly, LinkedIn, Pluralsight).
Cons: Typical big organization politics, in that lower-level managers are hamstrung by policies of "senior" management.
Pressure applied to work in offices to meet mandated "days per week in office" statistics.
Lots of legacy technology.
Windows mandated as the development environment.
Little time allowed to employees to develop skills or work on reducing application technical debt.
