Amazing culture. Very knowledgeable people. Good working hours. Flat hierarchy. Amazing benefits. Gym, dry cleaning, canteen, hairdresser, FREE GP!! and more in the office you work at! No one shouts or curses at each other (nothing like the movies).
They don't promote developers unless you go into management. They are actively working on it, but they have been for two to three years now.
As most firms do, they have started focusing hires in non-metro areas.
Keep doing what you are doing.
Identify your talented employees and make sure you give them what they need so they don't leave.
Do something about developers that want to stay hands-on and still get a promotion.
