Not secure; any time you can lose a job. Some are lucky, others tirelessly work. No communication other than work-related talk.
They know all are bounded by rules. Internal politics, as is common among Indian peoples, mean all depend on the team lead/manager and team members. They do not care about any review here; quantity of work is more important than quality. That is why many projects are very old and have issues.
