Did not find any pros as such.
- Bossy culture
- Too much micromanagement
- Long office hours. Expects to start early morning and also expects late-night work.
- Too many unnecessary meetings.
- Hire and fire culture.
- Threats given by my VP to get the work done.
- No streamlined work. JIRAs are not clear.
- Apart from current JIRAs, ad-hoc work is given by the VP, and that has to be completed.
- Use of unethical words to employees.
- Too much politics.
- VPs try to play the blame game.
Educate VPs on how to talk to people.
Work should be streamlined.
Reduce unnecessary and unrelated meetings.
