The only pro is their WFH flexibility.
- I experienced one of the worst burnouts in my twenty-year career as a senior software engineer.
- Office politics are so bad that it affected me in a very negative way mentally.
- Layoffs happen almost yearly; even if you start recently, you may still lose your job if profits are missed.
Please always do what is right, and not "what is politically right."
