The benefits are exceptional, probably the best of anyone I have known.
The parental leave is great: 4 months for fathers, 5-6 months for mothers.
Family planning benefits are amazing: $75,000 total toward adoption and/or fertility needs.
The people I worked with were exceptional and caring.
They were driven personalities with very little ego.
Such a large firm leads to a somewhat process-over-people mindset. Getting laid off for little reason outside of budget makes sense in a large firm, but is still frustrating no matter what, especially when you are a top performer.
