Too much politics, poor work-life balance
Good policies exist, but they are not implemented by MDs or EDs due to politics.
MDs, EDs do too much politics. Not good for hard-working people. Focus in on talking and politics. If you voice your opinion, which is good for the project but might not be in line with the manager's, then you are gone.
