Full-time pay is low. SWEs are not a priority in IB. It feels like you’re “settling” if you’re a SWE.
Pay your SWEs better.

SWE Intern
One HireVue, followed by one written assessment, and three rounds of interviews (two technical, one behavioral). Overall, it was not too hard. The last round of behavioral interviews was a bit wacky, with some really random questions asked.
