People are great to work with.
Work and more work. It is endless.
New management
1 phone interview, 4 rounds of in-person interviews. I was referred by an employee. I received a telephone interview request from HR. After completing the telephonic interview, I was asked to come for an in-person interview.
Lengthy process, with the same type of questions from different people. They like people who are stable rather than competent. Was asked usual questions about log segments in Sybase. Network monitoring and shell scripting were also covered.
This was not a pleasant experience due to a lack of professionalism. Overall, I had 8 rounds (including the HR round) before they decided not to move my application forward. I had 3 technical rounds on the first day that overlapped with lunch hours
