Lengthy process, with the same type of questions from different people. They like people who are stable rather than competent. Was asked usual questions about log segments in Sybase. Network monitoring and shell scripting were also covered.

After a quick phone conversation with an internal recruiter, I had two phone interviews with senior employees, followed by an on-site 1:1 with a team member and a 1:1 with HR.
