Online test related to Java problems, similar to HackerRank. About 1 hour of coding on a company computer, followed by 4 rounds of technical discussion face-to-face with architects, a manager, and then 1 HR round.
Multi-threading, data structures, hashing, capacity of data structures, architecture of the current project, project management/Scrum-related questions, performance tuning questions.
I sat through the whole day and completed all the process, which was very exhausting to say the least. Finally, HR said I was through and discussed the package, date of joining, benefits, etc.
Then they said I could leave for the day and that they would inform me about joining formalities, etc.
For the next four weeks, I kept calling them and my recruiter without any response. Initially, they said due to Christmas and New Year, the panel was on leave, and the response was positive, and they would release the offer soon.
However, to my complete disappointment, after one whole month, they said they had rejected my candidature without giving any reason.
Strongly recommend not going here; it's an utter waste of time and effort.
If they don't have the interest/budget to hire, why bother calling candidates and wasting their time?
Suggest anyone going here think twice; this could happen to you.
Better stay away from this.
