Worst experience I had till now in my career.
They conducted 4 rounds of interviews in midnight in the span of 30 days with US counterparts. They gave a 5/5 interview rating.
Initially, they offered me 50 LPA, but in the HR round, they told me they could offer 28 LPA, which is less than my current salary.
If they don't have the budget, don't waste the candidate's time. This is a ridiculous and idiotic HR team on how to talk with candidates and giving false promises.
