Pros: I have never met a negative person working here. Everyone that I interact with is very positive and has the best interest of their coworkers in mind. Also, the upper management has always been grateful and inspiring. I would recommend anyone to come work for this company. They truly make you feel like a part of something bigger and more important. It gives me a real sense of purpose. There are also very generous benefits and bonuses.

Cons: It is a large company that is only getting larger, so it can sometimes feel like you can just become an ID and get lost in the fray. This would happen at any big company, though.
