Pros: Friendly College; EPF contribution was above average.

Cons: Below-Market Compensation & Disincentivized Retention: Overall compensation across junior levels is well below the industry average. Recent salary adjustments were exclusively applied to fresh graduate trainees, bringing brand-new hires to the exact same pay scale as junior employees with 2 to 3 years of experience. Prioritizing entry-level recruitment while ignoring internal salary progression creates severe pay compression and discourages loyalty. Flawed Promotion Policy: HR requires managers to submit promotion nominations a full year in advance. Forecasting performance and business needs 12 months out is impractical, which often leads to promotions based on arbitrary early predictions rather than real-time merit and delivered results. Chronic Urgency & Tight Timelines: Project schedules are consistently unrealistic, with a culture where "everything is urgent," resulting in high stress and burnout. High Turnover: Given the lack of retention strategy, compressed pay scales, and rigid HR policies, team turnover remains noticeably high.

Pros: Family-like atmosphere within the team

Cons: Not enough recognition of the work done

Pros: - Good match of RRSP - Good place to grow or start the career - Learned a lot, not only the backend development, but also testing, infrastructure, devops, system design, etc.

Cons: - Lack of management transparency - Frequent organizational change and reorgs - Unstable - Uncompetitive salary
