Good work-life balance; Good collaboration
Phone call asking about previous activities, then a technical panel (nothing unusual there – C++/C, some general issue finding, some real-life issues, no 'funny stuff' or 'bracket counting' etc.), then an HR panel where you can discuss your requireme
I received a random call (no email or anything) from them about two weeks after I applied. It was a manager, and he asked me to walk through my resume. I explained the stuff for him, and then the next day, an HR person called and gave me an offer.
Three rounds of interviews, all over the phone. One was conducted at night. It was a video conference with the hiring manager in the US. The company then gave a lowball offer, much lower than my current pay. Their excuse was that they would pay one
