Good team rotation but requires extra support initially
The management and the team is changing everytime. So that makes a really good rotation of the team.
Sometimes new people don't understand the product, so you as the only one in the position need to take care of all the system until all the team speeds up in the position.
You should give more info about the company and the position that are available for the hiring, since after a 5 year on the same position, the position will be eliminated.
