Pros: Great co-workers.
Friendly.
Most of the management was wonderful and quite approachable.
Great benefits.
Great pay.
Bonuses were OK, but iffy at times.
Flexible.
Work from home when needed.
Cons: Politics, politics, politics. It is like a Jerry Springer episode on a daily basis there – hard to focus with all the gossip going around.
People constantly complaining.
Laziness and co-workers pawning off work to others.
No accountability.
Unorganized.
Unsure of what the next change in the org was going to be – it was so random at times, it was scary to say the least.
Training was not consistent – had to beg at times or kiss up to management.
Revolving door – many come and go (wonder why?).
A lot of unhappy folks in the support organization.
