It took a month from the phone interview to the onsite interview. They never mentioned the salary initially, but when it came to the final offer, it was much less than the market average. Don't waste time going for an onsite interview; ask for the offer right away, or you will end up wasting your time. The procedure was poorly organized. Respect candidates' time. The offer was too low compared to the market.
