Process
I had a phone interview after the school career fair.
Two people on the phone interviewed me. They asked about my background and some technical questions. After that, I was invited to an onsite interview.
During the onsite, I met with three groups of people, ranging from engineers to managers. The interview process included a lunch before I went back.
I have not heard back from them since.
Questions
Tech questions are broad but not hard or deep. It's better to have preparation ahead of time.
