NetApp is a good company. It has a great culture and good work-life balance. The working environment is friendly, and some of the engineers even have their own offices.
It does not have any real innovations anymore.
It used to have many smart engineers working on building cool products. Now, many of those engineers have left the company, and the product it delivers is always behind the market.
NetApp needs a new innovation to catch up with the current cloud market. If WAF is unable to do it, build a new file system.
I interviewed with Steel Store Group in May 2015. The process involved five coding rounds, followed by a final interview with the hiring manager. As a new graduate and an international student from a top-ranked school, I was offered the position ove
I had only one technical round. The interviewer was a little busy, and he told me so before we jumped straight into technical questions. The next round was for discussing the role, covering both development and QA, followed by one more round for HR.
Usually, there are 5 interviews: * 2 behavioral interviews conducted by your manager. * 3 technical rounds. These interviews won't be too difficult. The 3 technical rounds will have questions that overlap. Learn about the STAR approach.
