Pros

Above-average salaries, extra time off for volunteer work, and a lot of exciting projects to work on.

Cons

Be prepared for long working hours (15+ a day) with lots of unproductive meetings. The equally shared development between US and India strategy created enormous overheads. Management turnover rate is very high (100% in 5 years). You have to play the game in order to survive.
