I was contacted directly by the hiring manager. They sent me a programming assignment (project), which I delivered one week later.
The team analyzed it and decided it was not a good fit.
Although it was a positive experience, I couldn't reach out to other teams afterward. The project was team-specific, and I believe I deserved a chance with other teams.

Transparency. The management team spends time with everyone in the company, explaining how the company operates.
Cons: No training program. You are on your own to improve your technique skills.

- The management can be ruthless, egoistical, and political.
- Projects get cancelled, groups consolidated, and employees terminated.
- Most managers are stressed out all the time and encouraged to weed out employees no longer useful or not performing to "high standards".
