Pros: - collaborative atmosphere - friendly work culture - competitive salary

Cons: - Hard to make career progress.

Pros: Food in the office.

Cons: Netflix Poland feels more like a satellite office for unwanted roles rather than a true hub for innovation. If you're hoping for career growth or impactful projects, this is not the place—there’s little opportunity to move up, and promotions are rare. Management is inexperienced and lacks strong leadership skills. Decisions are often made without clear rationale, and priorities shift constantly. The work atmosphere is far from collaborative. Instead of fostering innovation and teamwork, the culture feels competitive in an unhealthy way, with limited support for professional development. Engineers are often left to execute tasks without real ownership or influence over key decisions. For those looking for a challenging, rewarding career with real opportunities for advancement, Netflix Poland is unlikely to meet expectations. There are better places to grow and make an impact. You hear everywhere about top compensation in the market, but the salaries in reality are far from the average.

Pros: Hustle, competition, small office, brand.

Cons: Management, culture disparity with US office, compensation range is mediocre / does not match demands.
