Great people, who are generally high performers and nice. Work environment is not political or cutthroat. A lot of personal autonomy, especially for ICs. Cool company that has clear values.
Most work is fairly independent, which can be isolating.

The interview was good. Everyone was professional. There was a recruiter screen, followed by a manager screen, followed by a technical screen. The manager screen focused on Netflix principles, and the tech screen was a coding problem to be solved.
