Customer & People 1st. Great Vision
Like many companies, Netskope is looking for the best "balance" of work from home and office.
This is not a con; Netskope has a great attitude and is supportive of employee feedback.
Keep doing what you're doing.
The first phone interview was conducted over a Zoom video call. The interviewer seemed disengaged and randomly asked a dynamic programming question for a test automation position. I doubt he himself knew it required dynamic programming to be solved.
The process was very smooth and streamlined. The recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn. She moved me quickly through the interview process over a few weeks. The technical interviews were tough.
- Phone screen with recruiter - Phone screen with engineer/manager - On-site: 5 rounds. Every round was technical. One round was lunch, but the interviewer did not let me eat, continuing to ask more questions.
