1. Phone screening interview with hiring manager.
2. Phone interview with a senior engineer.
3. Technical assignment with 3 questions; choose 2 to answer about material engineering problems related to the company.
4. On-site interview with the team and a series of 1:1s. Everything was pretty standard, but the technical questions were more on principles, and some team members had big egos in how they asked questions.

I thought it was a good fit, and since the recruiter scheduled a call two days after my interview, I expected to get an offer. However, the recruiter just called to reject and say it wasn’t a fit.
