Quick and straightforward. They have multiple rounds of interviews, including:
- A basic questionnaire round for simple physics questions like engineering first principle stuff
- A 2nd round that was a 30 min problem to solve with the interviewer based on a problem they had in the past
- A 3rd that is a presentation
- An on-site interview and so on.

- Everyone who cares a lot about how the animals are treated and where there is a ton of transparency around this and everything else
Cons: - Long hours and high intensity
- Salary that is not top of the line vs. what you'd expect with how selective hiring is
- Lots of misleading slander in the press that gets frustrating
