- Some of the smartest people in the world
- Everyone is extremely kind, with virtually no jerks
- A culture that is very focused around helping people
- Everyone who cares a lot about how the animals are treated and where there is a ton of transparency around this and everything else
- Long hours and high intensity
- Salary that is not top of the line vs. what you'd expect with how selective hiring is
- Lots of misleading slander in the press that gets frustrating

Neuralink Interview Experiences
Mechanical Engineer
Applied online. Then received mail to connect for an interview, which happened as a phone call. Nothing else to say. The HR person asked for basic mechanics and a heat transfer question, which I couldn't answer.
