- The recruiter was absolutely not interested in hiring by any measures.
- Absolutely unprofessional communication throughout the interview process.
- Always talked over me and did not let me speak or complete my sentences.
- Had horrible network service and would repeat aggressively when you missed the question.

Pros: - Some of the smartest people in the world
- Everyone is extremely kind, with virtually no jerks
- A culture that is very focused around helping people
- Everyone who cares a lot about how the animals are treated and where there is a ton of transparency around this and everything else
Cons: - Long hours and high intensity
- Salary that is not top of the line vs. what you'd expect with how selective hiring is
- Lots of misleading slander in the press that gets frustrating

Pros: - Challenging work on important problems
- Creative freedom to be a mad scientist
- Fulfilling work with lots of incentive (if you want to help improve the lives of others)
- Lots of project ownership
Cons: * Very demanding workload, which can make work-life balance difficult. Not inherently a bad thing if you want to dive into your work, but not for everyone.
* There could be more senior engineering guidance for more junior engineers. Trial by fire is great, but it would be great to bring in more experience from outside of the company to provide new insights.
