Referred by an employee, so my first contact was with the hiring manager. I can't remember if it was 30 or 60 minutes, but it was your typical phone screen.
Then, I spoke with a recruiter for about 30 minutes. I especially appreciated that the recruiter was upfront with the compensation for the position -- no "what salary do you expect" -- just "here's what we would pay you, is that ok?"
Then, I had a full day of virtual interviews with various people -- sometimes 2 on 1, sometimes 1 on 1. The last step was a final interview with the people who would report to me.
The background check was a bit wonky. They wanted the name, title, and email address of a person they could talk to in my previous companies going back 10 years. All three of my previous employers use automated systems, and there was no way to enter that in the form I was given. That caused me some amount of angst, but they got the background check done.
