People seemed mostly nice in the interviews.

Pros: Most of the fellow devs are very smart and kind people.
Cons: Director level and up is a black box that provides no feedback.
* Everything is a priority so nothing is, which leads to bouncing around between projects and never finishing anything.
* Yearly layoffs mean nobody is comfortable.
* Offshoring most positions to cut costs.
* No promotion or raise plan in place.
* Very high attrition rate, so few people have legacy knowledge.
* Trying to work with global time zones makes productivity crawl.
* Insane amount of process-oriented overhead to accomplish even the smallest task.
* Leadership is completely checked out from engineering.
* Everything that made New Relic great is being systematically dismantled.
