Note: The full process was online, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Applied online and had a first interview with HR, where they explained general aspects about New Relic and the position, and also asked about me.
• Second interview with one of their managers. It was a really interesting talk where we exchanged thoughts and our vision on different aspects of software engineering.
• Then, I was given a week to do a technical test at home.
• Third interview with two of their engineers. This one was technical, with questions ranging from easy to really hard, but I could also throw a few questions to assess their (really high!) level.
• Final round of interviews with different people and roles from what would become my team, so we could get to know each other and ask any small detail of the position.
